3. Artificial Intelligence Features

This platform uses artificial intelligence in the following ways: • Project Descriptions: AI (Claude by Anthropic) may assist agents in generating project descriptions, highlights, and summaries. Content generated with AI assistance is labeled accordingly. • Investor Matching: Our AI analyzes investor responses and matches them with suitable investment projects based on stated preferences and criteria. • Live Session Transcription: With participant consent, live sessions are transcribed in real-time using Deepgram's speech recognition technology. Transcriptions are used to generate conversation summaries and coaching suggestions. • Conversation Summaries: AI (Claude by Anthropic) analyzes session transcripts to generate structured summaries of investor consultations. • Lead Qualification Scoring: AI may generate qualification scores for investor leads based on conversation data and stated preferences. • Coaching Suggestions: During live presentations, AI provides real-time question suggestions to agents based on conversation context. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied upon for investment decisions.

4. Live Session Recording & Transcription

When an agent starts a Live Session and a client joins, the session may be recorded and transcribed: - Clients are shown a recording notice and consent to recording before joining a session. - Audio is transcribed in real time by Deepgram (deepgram.com) to produce a written transcript. - AI (Claude by Anthropic) then generates a structured summary from the transcript. - Transcripts and summaries are stored securely and associated with the relevant lead. Recording and consent laws vary by jurisdiction. Agents are responsible for ensuring all participants consent to recording where required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following trusted service providers to operate the platform. Each processes only the data needed to provide its service: - Anthropic (Claude AI) — conversation analysis, summaries, and content generation - Deepgram — real-time speech-to-text transcription - LiveKit — real-time audio/video live sessions - Stripe — payment processing (we never store full card numbers) - Supabase — encrypted database and file storage - Resend — transactional email delivery - Vercel — application hosting and delivery These providers process data under their own privacy and security commitments.

6. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number through our qualification forms, you consent to receive text messages from Matchelo and affiliated real estate agents, including: - Property recommendations and investment opportunities - Appointment confirmations and reminders - Follow-up communications regarding your investment inquiry Message frequency varies. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use our platform.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including: - Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS) - Secure cloud storage with access controls - Row-level security on all database tables - Regular security audits However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. - Lead and qualification data is retained while the agent's account is active. - Session recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries are retained with the associated lead and can be deleted by the agent. - When you request deletion, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
